End of Season Lunch 2008 cancelled
The Club has decided to cancel the End of Season Lunch which had been scheduled for 22nd September. Instead, the Club will give its full support to Darren Gough's retirement party which takes place on the evening of 22nd September at The Royal Armouries.
The Club has been contacted by a lot of members and supporters who wanted to go to both events but were unable to afford to do so. It is hoped that the reduced members’ prices for the Gough dinner (see Going Going Gough!) will encourage as many people as possible to support Goughy on what is a very important and undoubtedly emotional evening for him.
