Adil Rashid picked for 2008 season's curtain raiser
Adil Rashid has been selected to play for the MCC in the traditional 4-day season opener at Lord's starting on 10th April. A strong MCC side play reigning LV County Champions, Sussex.
Ed Joyce will captain the MCC team and Adil joins former Yorkshire pace bowler Steve Kirby in the side.
The MCC squad to play against the Champion County, Sussex, is as follows:
