Cricket Coaching

The cricket coaching service at Yorkshire County Cricket Club is run by Pro Coach Cricket Academy in partnership with Yorkshire CCC. Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket was originally established by the current Yorkshire captain Andrew Gale and former Yorkshire player Chris Taylor.

Pro Coach Yorkshire provide quality cricket coaching by former players and current members of the Yorkshire 1st team setup. You can learn your cricket from people who have actually made runs and taken wickets on the hallowed turf at Headingley Carnegie. We also use level 4, 3 and 2 qualified coaches who we have handpicked as some of the best coaches in the County. Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket is now widely regarded as providing the best standard of cricket coaching for children across the UK.

Adidas Headingley Sunday and Friday Elite: 6 weeks of in-depth training focusing on Batting, Bowling and Fielding using the latest drills and equipment to improve performance. Replicating Match scenarios the courses aims to prepare cricketers for the upcoming season.

Batting and Seam Bowling Masterclasses: 6 week course focusing specifically on either Batting or Bowling

Mark Lawson Spin Masterclass: 6 weeks of skills and drills focusing solely on spin bowling

Performance Centres located around Yorkshire: Regional Centres covering all aspects of the game over 6 weeks.

1:1 Coaching: specialist sessions over 1 hour focusing on batting, bowling or wicket keeping.
