If your Club is famous for it's afternoon teas and your sandwiches and cakes are a real treat, then this is the competition for you!
Aunt Bessie's have just spoilt us with a brand new choice of delicious Summer Fruits Lattice Tart and Garden Berries Sponge Cake. Yummy! To celebrate, Aunt Bessie's are now turning the heat up this summer and laying down a challenge to all of Yorkshire's cricket clubs!
All you need to do is nominate your tea person and explain in no more than 200 words why they should win the Aunt Bessie's Great Yorkshire Tea-Earn Competition. Why not send us a picture and a menu too?
Every entry will receive 12 complimentary tickets to the Natwest Pro40 Yorkshire v Warwickshire match on Tuesday 9th September at Headingley Carnegie Cricket Ground and three lucky finalists will be invited to an on-pitch showdown! A celebrity panel will then judge the best cake and chose the Aunt Bessie's Great Yorkshire Tea-Earn Winner!
The winner will receive a very special Aunt Bessie's hamper, the Tea-Earn Trophy for the Club's trophy cabinet, cricket kit worth £350 PLUS 2 VIP tickets to the Yorkshire County Cricket Club End of Season Dinner. The two runners up will also receive cricket equipment for their Club and an Aunt Bessie's hamper!
