Booking Terms and Conditions

Financial

  • All bookings to be paid in advance. If not paid by the due date, bookings may be cancelled without further reference to the hirer.
  • Course fees must be paid within 7 days of the booking - failure to do so may result in the place being allocated to another participant.
  • Payment will be accepted in cash, cheque (payable to Yorkshire CCC) or credit card.
  • Priority Leeds cardholders will be entitled to 30% discount off advertised prices on production of the card at the time of the booking. This does not apply to Mynah's membership. Where the Centre offers discounted rates, Mynah's or Leeds Cardholders' discounts do not apply.
  • Cancellations can only be refunded if notified in advance by phone, email or letter.

    Refund Policy
  • In the event of customer non-attendance or booking cancellation the following will apply:
  • Courses
  • Notification  7 days or more prior to the event - 100% refund
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours - 50% refund
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours - 25% refund
  • No refunds for individual sessions missed
  • Other Bookings
  • 48 hours or more 100% refund
  • Between 48 and 24 hours - 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours - 25% refund
  • All bookings cancelled by Yorkshire CCC will be fully refundable

Coaching

  • Coaching will be undertaken by qualified Yorkshire CCC staff and /or ECB qualified coaches
  • Yorkshire CCC reserve the right to arrange an alternative coach should the nominated coach be unavailable for any reason
  • Yorkshire CCC will contact customers at the earliest convenience should it prove necessary to cancel or change a booking.

Health and Safety

  • Net safety must be observed at all times with a maximum of 8 players in any one net
  • Bowlers should not turn their backs on the batsmen
  • Balls should be removed from the side nets either with the bat or by pulling the net. Do not put your head or limbs into the side netting.
  • Soft - sole footwear only to be worn on the playing surface - no studded, spiked or black-soled shoes
  • Batsmen must always wear protective equipment - gloves, pads and helmets
  • All players under 18's must wear a helmet when batting and wicket -keeping in accordance with ECB regulations
  • YCCC recommend that all batsmen and wicket-keepers wear helmets when participating in indoor matches
  • Players are expected to provide their own equipment, including cricket balls
  • Please do not bring chewing gum onto court
  • Mobile phones - to be switched off at all times
