In a ceremony that beat the rain Colin Graves (YCCC Chairman) presented the annual Yorkshire CCC awards. The main winner this year was Adam Lyth.

And the winners were:

Adam Lyth - YCCC Player of the Year 2010

Adam has enjoyed a tremendous 2010, becoming the first batsman in the country to pass one thousand first-class runs and cementing his place in both the 4-day and 1-day 1st Team. This award was decided by Yorkshire supporters.

Jacques Rudolph - YCCC Players' Player of the Year 2010

Jacques scores runs in all formats. His CB40 record breaking season eclipsed all previous 40-over seasonal bests and his ability to score runs in all conditions is now legendary in Yorkshire cricket. He's obviously a popular man in the Yorkshire dressing room too. This award was decided by the Yorkshire players.

Jonny Bairstow - YCCC Young Player of the Year 2010

Jonny wins this award for the second year running and continues to grow as a 1st Team player. He's been at the crease in four successful 4-day run chases and his powerful hitting in the 1-day arena has been exciting to watch. There is plenty more to come from Young Bluey! This award was decided by the YCCC coaching staff.

Adam Lyth - YCCC Fielder of the Year 2010

He's like a whippet in the field, whether it's in short under the lid, in the ring or on the boundary you do not take two to Lyth. This award was decided by the YCCC coaching staff.

Gurman Randhawa - YCCC Academy Player of the Year 2010

Gurman retains the trophy! Another promising season has seen him awarded this trophy again in 2010 by the YCCC coaching staff.
