The Yorkshire skipper, Andrew Gale, was the latest victim of the Thursday night #twinterview Q&A on the @Yorkshireccc twitter feed. In less than 140 characters and a few @s and #s - here's how it went...

@Yorkshireccc: Right then #yccc fans: 3rd #twinterview starts now. Good evening skipper! We'll start with a nice easy question - you enjoying fatherhood?

@GaleyLad: yes loving it, apart from changing the nappies at all hours!!

@Yorkshireccc: Out of 100 where are you as a captain? (1 being rubbish and 100 the best ever). What is your best attribute as a skipper?

@GaleyLad: 75, not the finished article, but learning fast. Best attribute is my passion and commitment to the white rose.

@Yorkshireccc: Do you still want to play for England and, if so, is a Test place or ODI place the most realistic route in?

@GaleyLad: have a burning ambition to play for England, any form, sheer weight of runs for YCCC may give me that opportunity.

@Yorkshireccc: Jason Gillespie is promising an attacking brand of cricket. Does that excite you and will you be celebrating promotion in September?

@GaleyLad: excites me massively, I have always encouraged our lads to play positively, want to be promoted but its about the process now.

@Yorkshireccc: All of that starts in Barbados - a nice holiday or a continuation of training?

@GaleyLad: defo not a holiday, opportunity to put hard yards in on grass, every spot is up for grabs with a new coach. #hardyakka

@Yorkshireccc: If you could swap bodies for a day with any of your #yccc teammates - who and why?

@GaleyLad: @AJShahzad = mens health body, defo wouldn't want patto's body = grandad body!!

@Yorkshireccc: Are we taking t20 seriously this summer? What have we done wrong in past? What are we doing to change that? Can we win it?

@GaleyLad: yes seriously, been poor since it started, need to get to finals day, practice harder at our skills.

@Yorkshireccc: In the #ycccplayerauction how much are you worth and if you had the cash who would you buy as the best prospect in the #yccc ranks?

@GaleyLad: dunno how much i'm worth but our fizz @fizzlad is worth a punt, john bishop lookalike and his gags are better!!

@Yorkshireccc: You can choose one of the following - Huddersfield Town promotion, YCCC promotion or an England call - which one?

@GaleyLad: 1.YCCC promotion 2.England Call 3.HTAFC promotion in that order

@Yorkshireccc: Is it disappointing that we're approaching a summer with no Roses Champo matches? Did you send Jimmy Anderson a Christmas card?

@GaleyLad: yes v disappointing, loved the spice in both games last year. The wife writes the xmas cards, ask her!!

@Yorkshireccc: Is anything less than promotion failure. 9/2 are Yorkshire's odds on winning the 2nd Div - should @Fozzie1973 lump on?

@GaleyLad: failure is a strong word, as long as we give it our all everygame and play smart Im confident we will be up there

@Yorkshireccc: Who has the best hair in the Yorkshire camp? You, Scot the Physio, Ryan Sidebottom or Adam Lyth

@GaleyLad: I'm afraid im going the same way as lythy, fiz would like to think its him but can you question siddys legacy?!!

@Yorkshireccc: What are the key lessons from last summer. Will you get your golden arm style of captaincy back when every change gets a wkt?

@GaleyLad: be more ruthless in our game plans consistently...

@GaleyLad: no such thing as a golden arm in captaincy, its down to the players not the captain. I only make the change, they do the rest.

@Yorkshireccc: Shall we say 3 more Qs? Finish the sentence (and beat Joe Sayers answer) "I love playing cricket because....

@GaleyLad: there is no better feeling than winning and scoring runs for the white rose!! Is there a better job?!

@Yorkshireccc: If not a cricketer what would have done with your life? And don't say footballer - I've seen you play!

@GaleyLad: be a business man, work for @ProCoachCricket or @AllRounderCrick if they would give me a job back in my own business?!

@Yorkshireccc: Favourite ground you've played on and the one you haven't you'd most like to?

@GaleyLad: favourite played on = Scarborough, favourite want to play on = Newlands

@Yorkshireccc: What do you find rewarding about coaching and do you see yourself as a future Moxon/Gillespie at Yorkshire?

@GaleyLad: I enjoy it when you work hard with a player and they get success from it, long way to go before im the next MM/JG!!

@Yorkshireccc: Which player / coach have you learned most from playing with / being coached by?

@GaleyLad: try to pick bits from them all and bring them into my game, haven't had one 'mentor' throughout my career like some players
