Captain's charity bike ride...
First team captain Andrew Gale and physio Scot McAllister are participating in a charity bike ride for Marie Curie Cancer Care during October.
The gruelling bike ride is from Yosemite National Park to San Francisco and will be ridden over six long days covering over 320km.
Andrew says "My family has been touched so much by cancer over the last 10 years, Marie Curie has helped in a very personal way to make things easier. I have been looking to raise some money for Marie Curie for some time, but the timing has never been right because of my cricket commitments. When I saw this bike ride it provided a great opportunity to raise some money for a great cause."
Scot says "When Galey told me about this ride I thought it was a fantastic opportunity to help such an invaluable charity. Marie Curie provides patients and their families with care and support through very difficult times during cancer, we hope to raise over £6,000 to help the great work continue"
