Daryl Tuffey's broken hand leads to search
News categories
Daryl Tuffey, who was due to play for Yorkshire until Ryan Harris's IPL commitments were completed has broken his left hand when batting for New Zealand in the 1st Test against Australia.
He will have surgery on Thursday morning and is expected to be out of action for up to six weeks.
News filtered through to Barbados where Yorkshire are in the midst of their pre-season tour and the hunt is now on for a replacement.
Given the close proximity of the new domestic season and a hectic international fixture schedule that search for an overseas bowler is going to be a tough one.
We will of course update this website if there are any further developments.
