Those of you who have used the Trueman Enclosure this season will doubtless be aware of the vile mess caused by some of our feathered chums. Well, we've decided that enough is enough. The pigeons must go!

In order to combat the issue we're installing a run of anti-pigeon netting the whole length of the stand. The work really needs to be finished in time for the Test. As cruel fortune would have it, in order to complete everything in time, the scaffolding will need to be in place during our FLt20 Quarter Final versus Worcestershire on July 25th.

This won't knock-out all of the seats in the Trueman Enclosure, merely those from Row P back towards the pavilion. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause for those members who regularly use the area that will be out of bounds. However, we hope that you'll recognise that the work is essential and that it will add to your enjoyment of matches at Headingley in the long run........no to mention the fact that it will make life an awful lot more pleasant for our maintenance team!
