Another mixed bag of news from Scot's treatment room. As the season reaches its climax we know you'll all be keen to hear the latest update. Let's start with the positive stuff.
Ryan Sidebottom will make his comeback tomorrow (August 7th) in the 2nd XI match against the MCC Universities at York. The intention is to get him ready for the LVCC fixture versus Derbyshire on August 15th. Let's all keep our fingers crossed. It would be great to have the big man back for the final push!
Now some bad tidings I'm afraid. Rich Pyrah is unfortunately suffering with a rather unpleasant eye infection and is being given as much time as he needs to get over it. Looking on the bright side, it might excuse him from nappy changing duties! In all seriousness we all wish Rich a speedy recovery. He's had some rotten luck with injuries recently and we want him back for Cardiff. Get well soon lad!
