Prepare for your season like the pros
Yorkshire CCC are offering Pre-Season fitness sessions for anyone interested in preparing like the pros at the home of Yorkshire cricket.

Tom Summers, Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Yorkshire County Cricket Club, is based at Headingley Carnegie Stadium, and Tom and his team will help you develop your fitness for the rapidly approaching 2011 season in an exciting and energetic team environment.

Injury prevention is the key to the success of any cricketer as you need to be able to perform to your best for the whole summer. Why not take advantage of this amazing offer and gain access to professional fitness coaching in the same arena as the Yorkshire cricketers?
Are you fit and ready for the 2011 season?
Where Personal Training sessions can cost you upwards of £40 per hour, that same amount can buy you around 7 hours of cricket specific conditioning by elite coaches.
Sessions will run on a Thursday evening between 8-9pm and a Saturday morning between 11am-12noon. Come along and get Fit for Cricket.
Fit for Cricket Training: Only £7 per person (Receive a 20% discount if you book 5 sessions or more).
