SAD NEWS Dennis Bolton member since 1933 dies

We received sad news yesterday that Dennis Bolton of Burley in Wharfedale died on 9 April after a short illness aged 89.
Dennis, thought to be the Club's longest serving member, was bought a junior membership ticket by his father in 1933 and retained his membership for 79 years until his recent death.
He was a keen sportsman and also enjoyed a love of Leeds United after being taken to Elland Road for the first time in 1936. Apart from the war years he missed very few home games and was a season ticket holder from 1957.
