Bargains a-plenty to be had at North Marine Road!

It's that time of year again. As August meanders into its third week any sensible person's thoughts turn to dive-bombing seagulls, rickety wooden benches, dropped ice-cream and enthralling seaside cricket!

This year promises to be entertaining on a number of fronts. Not only are we pushing for honours in both the LV= County Championship and CB40 League but Barbara has also been raiding all known storage space at Headingley Carnegie. She is loading the van up with what can only be described as a MOUNTAIN of cut-price YCCC clothing, trinkets and memorabilia. If the dangerously overladen vehicle actually makes it to the coast she promises to turn the shop area into a veritable treasure trove of bargainous club goodies.

So please, when you fancy a break from watching Wainers powering towards his traditional end of season maritime century, go and visit Babs and Jane and load up with early Christmas presents!
