A slot has arisen in the Sunday evening 6-a-side league at the Yorkshire Cricket Centre. What better way to end the weekend than with some competitive indoor cricket? It's got to be better than being forced to watch 'Upstairs Downstairs' at any rate!

The matches are 10 overs per innings and the weekly fees are £30 per team (£5 per player). Sam Hinchliffe and his team have spent a lot of time and effort improving the facilities at the Centre and if you've never played the indoor format of the game I can assure you that it's great fun. What's more, it will certainly stand you in good stead for when April comes around and hostilities move outside!
