As the npower Ashes Test Match has finished within three days here is some information on our refund policy for Day 4 tickets...

DAY 4 TICKET REFUNDS

Anyone purchasing tickets for Day 4 will be able to claim a full refund due to the game reaching a result within three days. Details of the refund scheme can be found on the Club website and are also printed on the reverse of each ticket.

Customers who were intending to collect their tickets from the Club’s Ticket Office on Monday morning will have those tickets sent by post so that refunds can be claimed on an individual basis.  

THE REFUND SCHEME npower TEST SERIES

(This refund policy does not apply to Day 5 of Test Matches)

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day of which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the face value of this ticket subject to there being: (a) no play because the match has been completed - a full refund; (b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions - a full refund; (c) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Claims for refunds are subject to a £1.40 administration charge per application. This will be deducted from your cheque therefore do not send any payment with your application. To claim your refund simply send this ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to ARD Response, Dept P909, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date. There is no need to include an envelope. Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For non receipt queries call 01455 852514 (office hours Mon to Fri).
