Tickets for Emerald Headingley’s 2021 internationals are now on general sale, with a limited number remaining for the Test Match following the priority windows.
England take on Pakistan in an IT20 on Sunday 18th July, with just Premium Seats and Hospitality left following the priority windows and ballot.
Later in the summer, England take on India in a Test Match starting on Wednesday 25th August. Day three is close to selling out, with limited availability for tickets on days one, two and four:
Day One – 65% sold
Day Two – 80% sold
Day Three – 90% sold
Day Four – 80% sold
The Yorkshire County Cricket Club Chief Executive Mark Arthur said: “The response to tickets going on sale to the priority groups and in the ballot was nothing short of remarkable, leaving a very limited number of tickets to go on general sale with.
“It’s clear that our supporters have missed being able to enjoy watching live cricket at Emerald Headingley and we are very much looking forward to welcoming them back this summer. Our last Test Match left long-lasting memories, with Ben Stokes’ heroics claiming the most unlikely of victories over Australia, and I’m sure we are in for more thrilling entertainment this year.
“Given the current situation with the virus, there are many uncertainties heading into the summer, but I believe the clear refund promise and rollback policy that we have in place has given ticket buyers confidence that their money is safe in this process.
“Our staff are working very hard to ensure we can offer the safest and most enjoyable experience for spectators and we can’t wait to open the gates again.”
