YCCC breaks 20K Twitter barrier!

As if to rubber-stamp our claim to being the biggest and best cricket club in the country, it gives me great pleasure to announce that...(drum-roll)....
...we have today become the first club to attract a Twitter following of more than 20,000 people!
Well, I suppose there's a chance that it could be the same person with over 20,000 different accounts but I doubt anyone's quite that sad.
Precisely why so many people want to be kept up to date with the activities of Captain Gale and his crew via @yorkshireccc remains a mystery. We're just glad that you do, thank you heartily for taking such an interest in YCCC and keep our fingers crossed that the figure rises still further.
I'm reliably informed that tweeting will commence at 4am tomorrow morning (14/12/12) as we turn our eyes once again towards Nagpur and the exploits of young Master Root. Good luck Joe!
