Yorkshire Pride Lottery Draw - Week 23 (25/03/11)

Yorkshire Pride Lottery Draw

The draw for Week 23 of the Yorkshire Pride Lottery took place at Lottery HQ on Kirkstall Lane on the 25th of March 2011. We used set of balls number 10 and the machine chosen was 'Adil's Pointless Journey'.

Hello everyone! Massive apologies for being somewhat tardy at posting the results this week. I know you'll all have been on tenterhooks. Unfortunately I had to take yesterday off. My cretinous neighbours went away on holiday leaving their burglar alarm in the throes of what can only be described as an electronic fit. It whined continously from 2:45am until 9am on Monday morning by which stage I would quite gladly have confessed to the Birmingham pub bombings simply to make it stop. To top it all mum had left me in sole charge of her clinically insane cat after having the good sense to jump on a train to Cornwall. The incessant piercing screech sent poor Rosie even battier than usual. But at least Oxford won the football (and the Boat Race!) so it wasn't a total disaster. I won't mention the cricket....hmmm.

I've actually been left a cryptic note TELLING me who to thank this week. My mother informs me that "Mr. Richardson was very excited when I phoned". She must have one of those new video phones. I've never been able to discern that much simply from someone's voice. Also "Ray Parsons very good member and 'runs' Catterick Village Cricket Club". Not only is her English failing but the concept of someone actually 'running' a cricket club appears to be utterly alien to her. I could make a joke about that being no surprise as she works for YCCC but I won't. Ah, I just have. in all seriousness well done to both Ray and Mr. Richardson. I should also mention the return of the Falk-meister. He had the nerve to berate me via email last week due to his lack of recent winnings. It's apparently a profitable tactic although I beg that you don't all try it at once. It would doubtless crash my hamster-driven computer.

Here goes:
