Yorkshire Pride Lottery Draw - Week 24 (1/4/11)

Yorkshire Pride Lottery Draw

The draw for Week 24 of the Yorkshire Pride Lottery took place at Lottery HQ on St. Michael's Lane on the 1st of April 2011. We used set of balls number 60 and the machine chosen was 'The Northern Gannet'.

Good morning everyone. I'm going to have to apologise for once again being a day late with these. Yesterday vanished in a whirl of suit-based problems. Quite what poor Gurman would have done with a jacket big enough to be used as a 4-man tent I have no idea!

It was with great pleasure that we helped David Ryder celebrate his 60th birthday on Friday. For those of you that don't know David he is our accountant turned operations guru and has been at YCCC for longer than most people can remember. Apparently him and Lord Hawke were great drinking buddies and they are, in fact, both still barred from Whitelock's for an unsavoury incident involving a stump and chimney sweep's lad. Anyway, he was treated to much sickly cake and a signed Leeds Rhinos shirt. Unfortunately I think his day was spoiled somewhat by the Rhinos' spectacular capitulation against Wigan later that evening. I can only assume that the congratulatory picture of him greedily devouring a whole suckling pig that was displayed on the replay screen put the players off a tad.

Right, who are the cheeky scamps making off with cash that is rightfully mine this week? Well, one of them's sitting next to me. Spend it wisely Mr. Pixsley. It will be the last tenner you win as I intend to 'reset' the computer by pouring some tea into it when mum's not looking. We've got a double-barrelled double-header at the top of the list. Greetings and congrats to both Debbie and Maurice. Hello also to the indeterminately sexed D. M. Wood down in Leighton Buzzard. I assure you all that that is a real town and not merely a raptor with an odd name.  It's always alarming to see Stanton and Falk jockeying for position.....especially when the jackpot starts approaching the level of Burundi's GDP. They'll certainly be there or thereabouts next week. I can feel it in my waters.

Eyes down:
