Yorkshire squad for Barbados pre-season tour

The Tykes fly to Barbados on Monday in preparation for the domestic season and join Derbyshire, Hampshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire and local sides as they prepare for the challenges ahead during a fortnight of varied matches against quality opposition.

It will be the first time the squad get practice in the middle this year and also the first time the new team of Moxon, Gillespie and Gale combine at the helm in competitive action.

YORKSHIRE SQUAD:

Moin Ashraf, Jonny Bairstow, Gary Ballance, Gerard Brophy, Andrew Gale (capt), Oliver Hannon-Dalby, Alex Lees, Adam Lyth, Anthony McGrath, Gurman Randhawa, Steve Patterson, Azeem Rafiq, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, Joe Sayers, Ajmal Shahzad, Ryan Sidebottom and Iain Wardlaw.

Richard Pyrah remains in the UK due to the imminent arrival of twins. We wish Rich and his partner Lucinda well.
