DAY 5: 4^th NPOWER ASHES TEST MATCH - TUESDAY 11th AUG

YORKSHIRE COUNTY CRICKET CLUB OFFER

As a goodwill gesture, The Yorkshire County Cricket Club would like to offer anyone who purchased Day 5 Tickets for the 4^th npower Ashes Test Match (Tuesday August 11^th 2009) an invitation to attend a Yorkshire domestic match at Headingley Carnegie Cricket Ground.

Details of the offer:

Ticket purchasers are entitled to attend the following matches in 2009:

Yorkshire Carnegie vs Gloucestershire Gladiators in the NatWest Pro40 - Thursday 10^th September

Yorkshire vs Hampshire in the LV County Championship - any day (Wednesday 23^rd September to Saturday 26^th September inclusive)

Yorkshire Carnegie vs Essex Eagles in the NatWest Pro40 - Sunday 27^th September

Alternatively, ticket purchasers can choose to come to any Yorkshire fixture in 2010 (excluding all Twenty20 games, fixtures held at Scarborough Cricket Ground and all International matches). Please note that fixtures for 2010 will not be released until November 2009. Orders for tickets relating to 2010 fixtures must be received by close of business on 31^st March 2010. No further requests for Yorkshire CCC tickets under this offer will be processed after this date.

In order to qualify for this offer, you will need to do the following:

1. Bring your Day 5 Ashes ticket to the YCCC Ticket Office on St Michael's Lane, Headingley where we can verify you are the original purchaser and therefore issue you with your complimentary ticket.  It will be necessary for you to bring proof of ID (passport, driving licence or photo ID including address) in order for us to issue complimentary tickets.

2. Send the tickets along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to:

Please include a letter to the club quoting the reference number from your original ticket purchase (shown on the ticket itself), details of the match and date you would like to attend, an alternative match (should your first choice be over-subscribed) plus your full name and address.  We will then be able to despatch your ticket(s) for that particular game. Please note that the address on the self-addressed envelope must match the address on our booking system for Day 5 ticket purchases otherwise we will not be able to despatch the tickets. If the address is different tickets will not be despatched, they will be held at our ticket office for collection on the day of the match. You will be asked for proof of ID (as per point 1 above) before the tickets can be released.

Please note:

1. This offer is not transferable and only those individuals who actually purchased Day 5 tickets will be issued with complimentary Yorkshire tickets.

2. There will be a maximum of 1,000 tickets available for each game and the club reserves the right to offer an alternative day if the requested fixture is over-subscribed.
