Global Positioning Systems (GPS) have evolved from the TomTom in your car to portable pods which can be worn during physical activity. These units allow detailed feedback of distances covered, speeds achieved and the number of changes of directions that a person completes during any activity.

The Yorkshire Strength and Conditioning coaches have equipped this years Twenty20 squad with these lightweight, portable units from Sensorize. The collaboration with Sensorize will allow the coaches accurate insight into the match play demands placed on all fielding and bowling positions during this highly explosive form of the game.
