On 22nd April 1863, a further meeting took place again at the Adelphi Hotel featuring "Gentlemen in favour of the establishment of a County Cricket Club" at which officials appointed a committee to collect subscriptions, draw up rules and make any other preliminary arrangements.

The date will be marked by the 2013 annual lunch, this
year held on the 21st April, the closest practical date to mark the meeting held 150 years previously.

Also attending the event will be the current and former first team players and Yorkshire coaches.

Private tables for 10 guests are available and it is hoped as many members as possible will attend to make it an even more significant event in such a memorable year.
