Notes from the Members’ Committee meeting held on Monday, August 13, 2012

Further time was given to examining the Options scheme proposals for 2013. The Club presented a number of plans which differed significantly from changes recommended by the Committee.

Pricing suggestions were well received particularly savings for early payers, but there was some concern at the proposed pricing for the 2013 international matches being as high as for 2012, when the opposition was deemed more attractive. The Club confirmed that they wished to send details to members in late September or early October. The Committee emphasised the need to attract families and to make Headingley a family-friendly venue.

A number of ideas were put forward to improve the staging of T20 matches, including PA announcements and the use of music.
