Macmillan Cancer Support

Unfortunately cancer is something that either has or could affect us all. However, we're very pleased to be able to support them in their fund-rasing efforts druing 2011.

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care. With 4 in 10 people being diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives, it really does affect us all.

Locally, people affected by cancer are being helped by more than 80 Macmillan nurses, doctors and specialists, such as radiographers, dietitians, two ethnic liaison officers and social workers, helping people in hospitals and in the community throughout West Yorkshire. This would not be possible without your support. This year, Macmillan Cancer Support is celebrating its 100^th birthday so what better year to get involved and support them!
