Governance / Contact
This section sets out the governance of the YCF, and provides contact details for key personnel.
As a Registed Charity (1130878), and a Company Limited by Guarantee (06934670), the YCF is governed by the rules and regulations of the Charity Commission, and Companies House. In addition, the YCF's Annual Report and Accounts are subject to an external audit, carried out by KPMG LLP.
The strategic direction of the YCF is overseen by a Board of Trustees, whom are also Directors. Sitting below the Board is the 'Yorkshire Cricket Liaison Group', which manages the day to day operation of charitable and community based programmes. This group consists of representatives from the YCF, the Club, and the Board.
